What is your return policy?

If an item doesn't fit or work for you, we're happy to offer a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery — email thriftjamassist@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. See our full Refund Policy.

How should I care for my reworked items?

• Wash reworks on a delicate cycle or hand wash.
• Tumble dry on low.
• Wash only as needed — upcycled fabrics can react poorly when cleaned without caution.

Due to TikTok Shop policy, purchases made through TikTok can only be returned or exchanged directly through TikTok Shop.
