Returns & Exchanges

Every ThriftJam piece is one-of-a-kind, so we want you to love what you wear. If your item doesn't fit or the style doesn't work for you, we're happy to offer a return or exchange.

Time frame. Returns and exchanges must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.

How to start. Email thriftjamassist@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Prefer an exchange? We'll send your new piece once your return is received.

Return shipping. As a small business, we don't have contracts with shipping partners to process returns, so customers are responsible for shipping their return to the address we provide.

Condition. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received them.

TikTok Shop purchases. Due to TikTok Shop policy, any purchase made through TikTok may only be returned or exchanged directly through TikTok Shop.
