Attic Scrap Patchwork XS Quilted Vest Rework

A one-of-a-kind vest reworked from a discarded vintage quilt — scrappy crazy patchwork cut from children's novelty flannels: rockets and ringed planets, grinning frogs, cow spots, animal print, ticking stripe and warm brown corduroy. Deep forest green binding and a soft pink floral lining.

Boxy, slightly cropped silhouette with two patch pockets and three front tie closures that let you set the fit. Size XS. There is exactly one of these.

These are our standard XS figures. Because every vest is cut from a different quilt they can vary by about ±½ inch — the last photo is this vest's own tape-measure shot.

Condition

Reworked by hand from a genuine vintage quilt. Expect gentle fading, the odd soft spot in the batting, and small irregularities in the piecing — that is the source material showing through, not damage.
