Buttercup Calico Patchwork M Quilted Vest Rework

A one-of-a-kind vest reworked from a discarded vintage quilt — buttercup-yellow calico scattered with tiny sprigs, pieced with orange and leaf-green blocks and bound in warm gold.

Boxy, slightly cropped silhouette with two patch pockets and three front tie closures that let you set the fit. Size M. There is exactly one of these.

These are our standard M figures. Because every vest is cut from a different quilt they can vary by about ±½ inch — the last photo is this vest's own tape-measure shot.

Condition

Reworked by hand from a genuine vintage quilt. Expect gentle fading, the odd soft spot in the batting, and small irregularities in the piecing — that is the source material showing through, not damage.
