Green Bear Paw No. 2 2XL Quilted Vest Rework

A one-of-a-kind vest reworked from a discarded vintage quilt — churn dash blocks in white set against a mossy green calico scattered with tiny white flowers, edged with sawtooth triangles. Deep green binding, cream lining, and a big single block centred on the back.

Boxy, slightly cropped silhouette with two patch pockets and three front tie closures that let you set the fit. Size 2XL. There is exactly one of these.

• Chest, pit to pit: 25"
• Length, shoulder to hem: 20"

These are our standard 2XL figures. Because every vest is cut from a different quilt they can vary by about ±½ inch — the last photo is this vest's own tape-measure shot.

Condition

Reworked by hand from a genuine vintage quilt. Expect gentle fading, the odd soft spot in the batting, and small irregularities in the piecing — that is the source material showing through, not damage.
